Terms of use
The terms on which anquin.com is made available, and their limits.
Effective
20 August 2026
Last updated

These terms apply to anquin.com, the company website of Anquin LLP. Using the site means you accept them.
They do not apply to our products. Padhify and anything else we run are separate services with their own terms, and those are the ones that govern your use of them.
What this site is#
This website exists to explain who Anquin is and what we build. It is published for information. Nothing on it is a contract to supply anything, and you cannot buy, subscribe to, or register for anything here.
Where the site describes a product, the description is a summary. What that product actually does, and on what terms, is set out on the product’s own site.
Commercial Terms & Refunds#
Anquin LLP operates as a technology portfolio. Commercial transactions, subscriptions, billing, and specific Refund & Cancellation Policies are managed directly within our individual product platforms. For our educational and software platform, Padhify, please review the dedicated terms and refund guidelines at padhify.com.
Using this site#
You may read the site, link to it, and share what is on it, in the ordinary way that people use a public website.
Please do not:
- Try to gain access to any part of the site, or any system behind it, that is not open to the public.
- Interfere with the site or the servers running it, including by overwhelming them with requests.
- Scrape or harvest it at a scale that affects other people’s access.
- Use our contact channels to send bulk, automated, or unsolicited messages.
- Copy the site, or a substantial part of it, and present it as your own.
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership on material you take from it.
If you are testing our security rather than attacking us, our vulnerability disclosure policy sets out what is in scope and how to report what you find. Research that follows it is authorised.
Copyright#
Text, images, layout, and source code on anquin.com are the copyright of Anquin LLP unless stated otherwise on the page they appear on. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you.
You may quote from the site, link to it, and reproduce short extracts for reporting, review, teaching, or research, provided you credit Anquin and do not change the meaning of what you quote. Anything beyond that needs our permission first. Write to contact@anquin.com and tell us what you want to use and where it will appear.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright or your trade mark, email contact@anquin.com with the page, the material, what you own, why its use here is not permitted, and how to reach you. We would rather hear from you directly than find out through a notice.
Trade marks#
Anquin, Padhify, the Anquin wordmark, and the Anquin monogram are trade marks of Anquin LLP. Other names and logos on this site belong to whoever owns them, and appearing here does not imply any connection between us and them.
You may use our name and logo to refer to us accurately, for example in an article about the company. Please use the mark as supplied, without redrawing, recolouring, or combining it with anything else, and do not use it in a way that suggests we endorse or are involved in something we are not.
Open source we rely on#
This site is built on open source software and we are glad to say so.
- Archivo
- The typeface used throughout the site, by Omnibus Type, published under the SIL Open Font License. The licence travels with the font files in this repository.
- Next.js and React
- The framework and library the site is built with, both published under the MIT licence.
Licensing these does not make them ours, and nothing here claims any right over them.
Links to other sites#
We link to our own products and, occasionally, to other people’s sites. We do not control anything on the other end of an external link and we are not responsible for it. Following one takes you out of these terms and into whatever applies there.
Not advice, and not an offer#
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, technical, or professional advice, and you should not act on it as though it were.
Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to invest in Anquin LLP, to buy securities, or to enter into a partnership. Where we describe what we intend to do, we mean it at the time of writing, and it is a statement of intent rather than a promise about the future.
What we do not promise#
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we publish it as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or up to date, and content can go out of date without us noticing. We are not under an obligation to update it.
Liability#
To the extent the law allows, Anquin LLP is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from your being unable to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law#
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site.
Changes to these terms#
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top tells you when it changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Contact#
Questions about these terms go to contact@anquin.com.
